Who Is Coaching The Indianapolis Colts?

The front office of the Indianapolis Colts is in the process of trying to determine how retired assistants Tom Moore and Howard Mudd will fit into this season’s coaching staff.
Moore and Mudd retired two weeks ago to avoid losing money under the NFL’s revised pension plan. Last week, Colts owner Jim Irsay told reporters the two would return as consultants.
Apparently the details on that have been taking awhile to work out and Peyton Manning is not too happy about that.
“Somebody says one thing, then somebody else says another thing,” Manning said after a minicamp workout. “I’m not sure everybody’s on the same page in this building. I’m just trying to focus on playing quarterback well.”
Manning is a guy who does not usually speak out in the media. He is known for towing the company line. The three-time MVP must really be frustrated with the current situation.
