Tonight’s battle in Olympic Hockey between the United States and Canada will decide the Group A title and while it is not an elimination game, the winner will have a much easier path to a Gold Medal game chance.
The winner will receive a bye into Wednesday’s quarterfinals, so this one is huge. The loser can still get to the medal round, but it will take some work to get their.
Odds makers calling the Americans underdogs in this one, even though they have looked impressive in victories over Norway and Switzerland.
Team Canada is listed at -1.5 after wins of their own against the Norwegians and the Swiss. The total in the game is sitting at 5.5.
