NFL Says There Will Be Do-Over’s In Dallas

The National Football League has met and they have issued new ground rules for the Dallas Cowboys new $1.15 billion Stadium.
After a conference call with the Competition Committee, Commissioner Roger Goodell decided that the screens will not be raised this season, that would cost too much money. Something like $1 million.
Basically, it is going to be a do-over anytime a ball hits the video monitors in Dallas.
This issue became apparent when Tennessee punters knocked ball after ball off the screens before, and once during the stadium’s debut last Saturday night.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones insists that they were trying to hit the screen on purpose. Dallas punter, Mat McBriar has yet to hit the boards and he says “no one has told me not to hit it.” He always aims his kicks away from the center of the field.
