Mike Tannenbaum Keeps Media In the Dark

There has been a lot of talk in the New York media about Jets General Manager Mike Tannenbaun and apparent disregard for informing the public about his plans with the team. In fact, some reporters are not happy about being lied to.

So what!!

Good for Tannenbaun. Why does the media feel that they have a right to know what’s going on in his head. They don’t.

Apparently, the idea that the Jets had been trying to sell around town was that they were content with their quarterback situation. Well, after draft weekend, we know that was bologna.

So what was Tannenbaum to do? Let the world know that the Jets wanted Sanchez? Let Washington know, so they could get into the mix. That’s just ridiculous.

If it is for the betterment of your team… LIE, lie through your teeth.
