Mega Millions Lottery Jackpot Climbs To $99 Million

After no one was able to match all six numbers to take home the $83 million jackpot in the Mega Millions Lottery on Tuesday night, this coming Friday’s grand prize has risen to an estimated $99 million to a single winner.
That translates to cash out option of more than $60 million to the winner.
Although no one hit the jackpot in Tuesday’s draw, Mega Millions still handed out some really nice prizes at other levels.
Over 648,000 lucky multi-state Mega Millions winners took home more than $5.8 million in cash prizes, including twelve players that matched five out of six numbers for an incredible $250,000 win.
The winning number were 4, 16, 36, 40, 53 and the Mega Ball number was 18.
Mega Millions is played in 35 states and the District of Columbia.
Drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday nights at 11PM Eastern Time. Drawings are held at WSB-TV in Atlanta, Georgia.
