Mega Millions Lottery Jackpot Climbs To $143 Million

After no one was able to match all six numbers to take home the $122 million jackpot in the Mega Millions Lottery last Friday night, this coming Tuesday’s grand prize has risen to an estimated $143 million to a single winner.
That translates to cash out option of more than $87 million to the winner.
Although no one hit the jackpot in weekend draw, Mega Millions still handed out some really nice prizes at other levels.
Over 853,000 lucky multi-state Mega Millions winners took home more than $5.9 million in cash prizes, including eight players that matched five out of six numbers for an incredible $250,000 win.
The winning number were 10, 16, 31, 48, 50 and the Mega Ball number was 44.
Mega Millions is played in 38 states and the District of Columbia.
Drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday nights at 11PM Eastern Time. Drawings are held at WSB-TV in Atlanta, Georgia.
