After being knocked unconscious in Philadelphia’s win over Washington on October 26th and missing Sunday’s game against the Giants, Eagles running back Brian Westbrook expects to be back in action this Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys.

Westbrook has only 197 yards rushing this season and didn’t practice at all last week. With the teams tied at 5-2 on top of the NFC East, Philadelphia would love to have their Pro Bowl tailback in this huge mid-season match-up.

“Brian’s OK,” said head coach Andy Reid. “He’ll practice Wednesday, no symptoms. He should be fine.”

Over his career, Westbrook has missed a lot of time due to various injuries, but when healthy, the eight-year pro has always been very dangerous to opposing defenses.

The Eagles have had their share of explosive play-makers this season, but over the years in Philadelphia, Brain Westbrook has always been one of the leagues best.
